Natura is an industry leader in the Brazilian cosmetics, fragrance and personal hygiene market and in direct sales, and also stands out for its investments in R&D. The aim of this project was to help the company comprehend the potential of biotechnology and prioritize certain areas. To do so, Biominas Brasil designed and aligned the company’s conception of biotechnology, analyzed technology trends in the cosmetics industry and built up a priority matrix.
- Establishment of institutional definition of biotechnology for Natura;
